MERITUS are recruiting for Process andamp; Performance Engineers to join a leading Aerospace Manufacturing organisation to support the optimisation of production operations within a complex manufacturing environment.PROCESS andamp; PERFORMANCE ENGINEER - BROUGHTON, FLINTSHIRE - 3 MONTH CONTRACT, LIKELY EXTENSION - £40.66 PER HOUR (INSIDE IR35) - 1 STAGE INTERVIEW - SECTOR: AEROSPACE MANUFACTURINGThis role plays a key part in ensuring production sequences are designed and executed as efficiently as possible, supporting delivery performance, resource optimisation, and continuous operational improvement. Working closely with production, engineering, planning, and supply chain teams, you will provide valuable insight into manufacturing performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive operational excellence across the production life cycle.The position combines analytical problem-solving with hands-on engagement on the shop floor, making it ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain production sequencing and planning models to support efficient manufacturing operations.Create and maintain line balancing data to optimise production flow and resource utilisation.Monitor manufacturing performance metrics, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvement initiatives.Analyse process inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and delivery ..... full job details .....
