Process and Documentation Lead ManufacturingRugby £40,000 - £45,000Are you an experienced Process Engineer who enjoys getting under the skin of how things are made, improving processes and making sure the documentation behind them is right?We''re working with a well-established engineering and manufacturing business in Rugby that is looking to appoint a Process and Documentation Lead to take ownership of manufacturing processes, technical documentation and process compliance across the business.This is a hands-on and influential role where you''ll work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Project Management to ensure products can be manufactured safely, efficiently, consistently and to the required customer and quality standards.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes for both new and existing products, while ensuring the documentation, controls and training are in place to support production.Your responsibilities will include:Developing manufacturing processes, process flows, tooling, fixtures, inspection methods and test procedures.Creating and maintaining PFMEA, Control Plans and Process Flow Diagrams.Managing manufacturing documentation including Route Cards, Bills of Materials, Work Instructions and Technical Specifications.Ensuring robust document control, revision control, traceability and change management.Supporting production readiness and introducing new or improved manufacturing ..... full job details .....
