Investment in people is built into our culture, and there are opportunities for driven individuals to achieve their career aspirations within the company.Job Summary and key responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Process ManagementWork closely with the Process and Development Manager to constantly review, enhance and develop day to day process within the letting businessCarry out investigations and planning to ensure the smooth, efficient and compliant operation of all new and existing processesAssist in the creation and development of new processesInvestigate processes where efficiencies need to be made and produce an alternative working methodTest processes due to be implemented in order to ensure robustness and compliancePrepare user notes and assist in preparing for processes to be releasedLiaise with internal departments such as Lettings Database Support on process developmentLiaise with PandI Advisor/Trainers to ensure that processes can be accurately and easily delivered to the businessLiaise with Procedural Team to ensure internal/external documentation updated and letters producedProjectsAssist in or carry out any special projects, research, troubleshooting or investigative duties, with the utmost discretionBe prepared to learn new systems/databases/practices in order to aid rollout to lettings businessGeneralHighlight any procedural or policy updates, amendments, queries or discrepanciesImplementation, testing, training and monitoring of new company procedures or policies as directedDisplay and follow good company practices and policies at all timesAssist in establishing a process and procedure for new fields/projectsLearning new systems, databases, processes and procedures to confidentially and efficiently deliver these to the businessWhat are we looking for:Lettings or Property Management experienceCommercial awareness with excellent stakeholder and negotiation skillsGood IT SkillsLogical problem solvingKnowledge of Reapit and/or PropCo advantageousNFOFP Qualifications preferred but not essentialA natural communicator, able to build strong relationships, with experience in working with multi-functional teams and delivering to tight time-scalesEnthusiastic, proactive and adaptable individual able to deal with a diverse and demanding workloadDemonstrable ability to prioritise tasks and have effective time management and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with great attention to detailStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to learn new processes and be able to effectively deliver these to the business (including by web conference or course delivery)Ability to manage own time and work remotelyAbility to be flexible and adapt to be successful in a changing environmentAbility to work under pressure in a busy and complex roleWhat we can offer you:Proven track record for career growth and advancement within the companyMarket leading training and ongoing professional developmentSupportive and collaborative team environmentCompetitive Salary PackageQuarterly and yearly awardsSalary sacrifice pension schemeGenerous Holiday allowance, increasing by 1 day per year based on service with the option to purchase an additional 5 days holiday per yearEqual OpportunitiesLRG are an equal opportunities employer and encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
