Process and Data Technologist

Alliance Personnel are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Technologist to join one of their clients based in Birmingham.

JOB PURPOSE:-To be responsible for introducing new products into bulk production as well as ensuring business database is maintained and updated.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• To monitor, facilitate and support with factory trials of new products.
• To type and update new recipe details into company database.
• To prepare quality attribute cards for new products that need to be introduced into the factory.
• To conduct daily product panel tasting and checks.
• To support with training and implementation of new products.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Food technologist background is preferable.
• Must have strong administration and organisational skills
• Should have strong work ethic with a keen interest in working with food.
• Must be computer literate with strong knowledge of Windows.

HOURS OF WORK

A flexible 8hours a day, Monday to Friday

SALARY

Up to -32,000 per annum

20 Days Holidays

TEMP to PERM 12 weeks
