Process Analyst (Power Platform)Location:
London – Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
OverviewWe are seeking a skilled
Process Analyst
with expertise in identifying and analyzing business processes that can be automated using the
Microsoft Power Platform . The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand workflows, document process details, and recommend improvements that drive efficiency and value. This role requires strong analytical skills, process mapping expertise, and the ability to translate operational needs into clear automation opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and document business processes
suitable for automation, ensuring clarity and completeness.
Analyze existing workflows
to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to
recommend process improvements
enabled by Power Platform solutions.
Develop
process maps, models, and documentation
to support automation design and implementation.
Work with automation developers to ensure process requirements are translated into effective solutions.
Conduct
process discovery workshops
with business teams to gather insights and uncover hidden automation opportunities.
Monitor and review automated processes to ensure they continue to deliver value and efficiency.
Stay informed of the latest
Power Platform capabilities
(e.g., Process Advisor, AI Builder) and industry best practices for process improvement.
Required SkillsProven experience in
business process analysis and documentation .
Strong ability to
analyze workflows
and identify automation opportunities.
Solid understanding of
automation and process improvement principles .
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to work in a
hybrid setup
(2 days onsite in London).
Nice to HaveExperience with
Process Discovery
techniques and tools.
Hands-on knowledge of
Power Automate Process Advisor
for workflow insights.
Familiarity with
BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
standards.
Experience with
Visio
or other process mapping tools.
Background in
process optimization
and continuous improvement initiatives.
