Probate Specialist - Huddersfield - HNW/Complex Estates

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Probate Specialist to join a well-established and highly regarded Private Client team in Huddersfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a probate professional with strong technical expertise to work on a high-quality caseload of complex, high-value and high-net-worth estates, providing expert advice and exceptional client service throughout the estate administration process. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters from initial instruction through to final distribution, with particular exposure to complex and high-net-worth estates. Your responsibilities will include:Managing the full estate administration process from instruction through to distribution.Dealing with high-value and complex estates involving business interests, agricultural assets, trusts, investments and overseas assets.Preparing applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.Advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries.Preparing inheritance tax returns and dealing with HMRC.Identifying inheritance tax planning opportunities during estate administration.Preparing estate accounts and arranging distributions.Dealing with contested estates and Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims where appropriate.Working closely with accountants, financial advisers, wealth managers, valuers and other professional advisers.Building strong relationships with high-net-worth ..... full job details .....
