Private Client / Probate Solicitor - East Belfast Overview An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Private Client / Probate Solicitor to join its busy and well-established Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in probate, wills and estate administration who is looking to develop their career within a supportive firm offering a varied and interesting caseload. The role will be primarily based in the firm''s East Belfast office, with some flexibility to work from a second office when required. Hybrid working is also available. The firm would ideally like to appoint on a full-time basis, although part-time working arrangements will also be considered for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Probate and estate administration Drafting wills and advising on estate planning Enduring Powers of Attorney Advising clients on a range of private client matters Managing files from initial instruction through to completion Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Providing clear, practical and sensitive advice, particularly when assisting clients through bereavement and estate administration Essential Skills and Experience Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland Ideally 2-5 years'' PQE, although candidates outside this range with relevant experience will also be considered Previous experience in probate, wills and/or private client work Northern Ireland private client experience is preferred Strong ..... full job details .....
