Probate Solicitor

We are currently recruiting for a Probate Solicitor to join an established Law firm based in Woodstock. The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients in relation to Probate and Estate Administration matters, managing a varied caseload and maintaining excellent client relationships. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and client-focused solicitor who is comfortable handling matters independently, delivering excellent client care and contributing to the continued growth of the department. The role is Full-time, however, part-time will be considered for the right candidate. Salary 35k to 50k FTE DOE, some scope for hybrid working. Key Responsibilities Legal Advisory and Case Management - Provide high-quality legal advice on Probate and Estate Administration matters. - Manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision and support. - Draft, review and finalise legal documents in line with regulatory and firm standards. - Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, professional standards and internal procedures. - Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong, trusted client relationships. - Progress matters efficiently and proactively, keeping clients informed throughout.
