Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completion. Advising clients on a range of probate and estate administration matters. Preparing and submitting applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration. Dealing with the administration and distribution of estates. Preparing relevant legal documentation and correspondence. Liaising with beneficiaries, executors, financial institutions and other professional advisers.
