They are called upon at a sensitive time when families are going through the stages of grief, but there is an acceptance that certain realities need to be addressed.Our Client s PurposeTo support families through bereavement with expert guidance and genuine compassion, making a complex process feel manageable and human.What you ll be doing:Manage and progress a case load of mostly taxable estate administration cases.Take ownership of all technical tasks required to progress a case. Manage all client communication and correspondence.Draft interim and final estate accounts.Support the coaching, development and mentoring of junior colleagues.Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless client experience.Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in how they work.What they re looking forQualifications are desirable but not essential.
