PROBATE LAWYER, 3+ PQE, Kent, circa £45,000–£65,000 DOE – Excellent opportunity for an experienced Probate Lawyer to join a busy Wills & Probate team, with a varied caseload, direct client contacts and occasional client visits. JOB REF: 5494
• A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Probate Lawyer with 3+ years’ PQE to join its Wills & Probate team.
• The role will involve a mixture of wills and probate matters, providing a varied workload and the opportunity to develop strong client relationships.
• You will manage your own caseload, advising clients on a range of private client matters and ensuring a high level of client care throughout.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, together with a professional and empathetic approach to dealing with clients.
• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate solid experience handling wills and probate matters with a high degree of autonomy.
