Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a law firm based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham who are looking for a Probate fee earner. They are open to all levels of qualification and are open to part - time and full - time applicants!

The duties of the Probate fee earner will include (but are not limited to):

• Draft and submit legal documents to the Probate Registry
• Collect assets and pay debts or outstanding bills
• Communicate regularly with executors and beneficiaries
• Handle Inheritance Tax, Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax during administration
• Liaise with banks, pension providers and other institutions

The successful person:

• Minimum of 2 years'' experience is ESSENTIAL
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with grieving clients
