Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Private Sector Housing Team Manager for a Local Authority Client in West London.In this role you will lead the Private Sector Housing team to deliver enforcement, licensing, and housing standards improvements. Duties: Lead and manage the Private Sector Housing team, ensuring effective delivery of enforcement and licensing servicesOversee investigations, prosecutions, civil penalties, and rent repayment ordersManage team performance, budgets, and service improvement activitiesWork with councillors, partners, and stakeholders to deliver housing standards and regulatory compliance Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:Significant experience in Private Sector Housing within a local authority settingProven track record of managing housing enforcement, including HMOs and licensing schemesExperience leading teams, including performance management and service delivery improvementStrong knowledge of housing legislation, enforcement powers, and regulatory processesWhat''s on offer:Salary: 68,685.00Contract type: PermanentHours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per weekHow to apply:Once your CV is received, if you are successful, you will be contacted.Due to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every applicant.
