Private Sector Housing Officer

My Local Authority client in Surrey is looking for Private Sector Housing Officers to join them on an interim basis.

It''s a steady, well-run team - they just need a few extra pairs of hands to help manage the workload. They are open to hearing from individuals at all levels.

What you''ll be getting stuck into:

• Picking up a mix of private sector housing cases
• Carrying out inspections and working through HHSRS
• Dealing with complaints and following them through to resolution
• Working with landlords to get properties up to standard (and taking action where needed)

They''re not looking to micromanage - just someone who knows what they''re doing and can crack on!

You must have Local Authority experience within a Private Sector Housing team to apply for this vacancy.
