Private Sector Housing Officer

Our client is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to join their team. This role focuses on improving housing standards across the private rented sector and supporting residents to remain safely in their homes.

This will include carrying out-property inspections, assessing housing conditions under relevant legislation including HHSRS, support Disabled Facilities Grant applications, and working with landlords and property owners to resolve issues such as disrepair and empty properties.-
