This will be approximately 25% of the role. A highly organised individual to oversee the day to day management of a private collection of luxury and performance vehicles based across the UK and Europe. The role spans the routine and the complex. On any given week it may involve arranging a valet before client arrival, chasing a warranty claim, and organising a multi car movement to a track event. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable with both, with no task considered too small. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail oriented professional with a genuine interest in high performance vehicles and have top admin and Excel skills. The confidence to liaise with manufacturers, service providers and internal stakeholders. Previous experience managing vehicles or working in an UHNW fleet related environment would be highly advantageous.
