Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Family Solicitor 2 plus years PQE to join a leading law firm in Derby, Derbyshire. This is a full-time, permanent job offering a salary of £45,000 to £50,000, hybrid working with up to two days a week working remotely from home, 25 days'' holiday plus bank holidays and ongoing professional development. The successful Private Family Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of high-quality private family matters, including work for high-net-worth clients, with dedicated paralegal and legal secretarial support. Role Responsibilities The incoming Private Family Solicitor in Derby, Derbyshire will take responsibility for a varied caseload of privately funded family matters from instruction through to conclusion. Key responsibilities will include: Managing an independent caseload of privately funded family matters from initial instruction through to conclusion including divorce, matrimonial finance, private children, pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and domestic abuse etc Advising and representing clients in divorce, separation and relationship breakdown matters Handling private children matters, including applications and negotiations concerning child arrangements Managing financial matters arising from divorce and separation, including complex cases involving high-net-worth clients, property, pensions and other assets Drafting applications, statements, agreements, consent orders and other relevant family law ..... full job details .....
