Kenilworthup to £50,000 depending on experienceWe are working with a well-established, multi-office law firm who are seeking an experienced Private Family Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their busy practice in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. The role will involve:Providing advice to clients Managing a caseload of private family matters including divorce/separation, cohabitation agreements/disputes, pre and post-nuptial agreements, private law children matters and domestic violenceConducting advocacyTaking part in business development/networking activitiesWorking closely with the Head of FamilySuitable candidates will haveFully qualified statusExperience of running a private family caseloadExperience of conducting advocacyCommercial awarenessA desire to progress your careerExcellent IT skillsExperience of submitting online divorce applicationsExperience of using a legal case management systemThis is a full time permanent job, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).
