The Role: You will support solicitors on a varied caseload of Private Family Law matters, including: Divorce and separation proceedings Financial remedy and matrimonial finance matters Private children law cases Child Arrangements Orders Domestic abuse and protective injunction applications Cohabitation and relationship disputes Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements Cases involving high-net-worth individuals and complex asset structures Responsibilities will include: Assisting fee earners with the management of family law files Drafting legal documents, court forms and correspondence Liaising with clients, courts, barristers and other professionals Preparing hearing bundles and supporting case preparation Conducting legal research ..... full job details .....
