Strong experience in Private Cloud/Platform Engineering. Deep expertise in at least two of the following: Virtualisation - VMware or equivalent technologies. Kubernetes andamp; Containers - cluster operations, networking, upgrades, multi-tenancy and policy. Kafka/Event Streaming - architecture, operations, governance, resilience and security. Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, scalability, performance tuning, fault tolerance and capacity planning. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation. Strong knowledge of CI/CD and GitOps practices. Good understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design.
