Key Responsibilities: Sales and Market Growth: Proactively generate high-value new business leads through targeted marketing campaigns, networking, referrals, and tele-marketing to consistently achieve individual sales targets. Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with a designated portfolio of private clients, ensuring an exceptional renewal retention rate (target of 90%+). Client Advisory: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to fully understand client needs, taking full presentations to market to secure the best premiums and coverage.
