Private Client Tax Senior Manager

We will value and listen to your ideas to help the team succeed; we are of a size where you personally can make a difference to the way we do things.Your duties will include:Tax Advisory• International tax advisory serviceso FIG regime for those arriving or recently arrived in the UK.o Temporary repatriation facility.o Transferring to and from the UK including the Statutory Residence Test.o Remittance basis including the old rules and how they interact with new FIG regime.o Transfer of asset abroad legislation.• Inheritance tax planning• Advanced CGT advisory and related compliance• Profit extraction adviceCompliance• Manage a portfolio of clients and prepare tax returns (the more complex returns in our portfolio)• Review returns prepared by other team members• Review ATED returns prepared by other team members Other• Line management of 2 people• Responsible for WIP and Billing• Business development/networking• Review and develop processes for the team to ensure quality of product and risk managementWe''re looking for someone who''s eager to learn, proactive, and ready to make an impact.
