This role is essential in delivering accurate, compliant, and strategic tax solutions to a diverse portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and families. As a key leader, you will oversee the end-to-end preparation and review of complex personal tax returns-covering Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, and Property Tax while ensuring full compliance with HMRC regulations and evolving tax legislation. You will play a critical role in mentoring and developing talent, driving operational excellence, and supporting business growth through enhanced client service and process innovation.
