Senior Private Client Tax and Trusts Specialist

to join its growing Private Client department. The firm is known for its collaborative and supportive culture, with a strong reputation in the market for providing high-quality legal and tax advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and families.The RoleReporting directly to the Head of Private Client Tax, you will take a lead role in delivering and developing in-house tax services, focusing primarily on:Taxation of UK trusts and estatesPreparation of trust and estate accountsInheritance tax and capital gains tax mattersUK tax residency and transition issuesAdvisory work on complex trust arrangements (UK and offshore)Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and advisorsSupporting the transition of tax work currently outsourced to third parties back in-houseIf joining at a more senior level, you''ll also be expected to contribute to business development and client acquisition initiatives.The CandidateWe''re looking for a highly experienced individual with a strong background in private client tax, trusts, and estates.
