Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of private clients, acting as a trusted adviser.
  • Review personal tax returns prepared by junior team members, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Deliver clear and practical advice tailored to each client''s circumstances.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their technical and professional development.
  • Actively contribute to business development activities and networking opportunities.
  • Provide technical support on private client matters across the wider firm.

What this client is looking for:

  • CTA qualified (or qualified by experience), with additional qualifications such as ICAEW, ACCA, or STEP being an advantage.
  • Proven track record in personal tax compliance and advisory work, ideally within a professional services environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly to clients.
  • High IT capability, ideally with CCH experience.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently when required.

If you''re ready to take on a Private Client Tax Manager role where you can combine technical challenge, client interaction, and leadership in a firm that''s continuing to grow, we''d love to hear from you. For more details, please contact Annie today.
