Key ResponsibilitiesManage a large portfolio of private clients with complex tax affairsProvide high-quality tax planning and advisory supportBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisorManage workflow, WIP, billing, and team utilisationLead, mentor, and develop junior members of the tax teamSupport departmental training and technical development initiativesIdentify business development opportunities and attend networking eventsContribute to process improvements and implementation of new technologiesKey RequirementsCTA qualified (non-negotiable) with a minimum of 2 years'' post-qualified experienceDual qualification ACA/ACCA and CTA is highly advantageousStrong private client tax compliance and advisory backgroundExperience managing complex client portfoliosProven leadership and staff management experienceStrong technical research and ..... full job details .....
