The Work: This isn''t simply a role focused on turning around Wills and routine probate files. You''ll handle a varied Private Client caseload, advising clients on everything from Wills, estate administration and Powers of Attorney through to inheritance tax planning, Court of Protection matters and more complex trust and estate work. There''s also exposure to high-net-worth individuals, complex estates and high-value trusts, giving you the opportunity to build on your technical expertise and work on matters that will continue to develop you as a lawyer.
