An established Private Client team across Whitby and Driffield is dealing with a significant increase in workload and is looking to add an experienced Private Client Solicitor to the team. The work is predominantly Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and wider Private Client matters, with a particularly interesting client base around the East Yorkshire and Yorkshire Coast communities. In Driffield especially, the team has seen a noticeable increase in instructions following the closure of a long-established local practice, adding to an already busy Private Client caseload. This is therefore not a role where you''ll be expected to spend your time generating work from scratch. The work is already there. You''ll be dealing with established local clients, including families, individuals, farmers, landowners and higher-net-worth rural clients, particularly around Driffield, Whitby and the surrounding areas.
