The position offers genuine long-term progression, with the opportunity to step into a leadership role.Key ObjectivesDeliver high-quality, profitable fee-earning workProvide exceptional client service across all private client mattersSupport the growth and development of the departmentKey ResponsibilitiesManage a full caseload of private client matters independentlyDraft wills, including complex and high-value estatesPrepare and administer probate applicationsAdvise on and prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)Handle Court of Protection applications and matters involving vulnerable clientsManage both contentious and non-contentious probate casesDraft deeds of variation and advise on lifetime giftingAdminister estates and trusts, including high-value and complex casesLiaise with third parties including HMCTS, Probate Registry, Land Registry, Office of the ..... full job details .....
