£45,000 - £65,000 (Dependent on experience)

Full time, permanent, 100% Office based.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are excited to be recruiting for a highly regarded law firm in Market Harborough, who are looking for an experienced and dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in private client work to take on a varied and rewarding caseload, working with a broad range of clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Advising client on inheritance tax planning, trusts and wealth management.
• Providing compassionate and expert guidance to clients during what can often be challenging times.
• Drafting wills, trusts and other relevant legal documents.
• Conducting thorough estate planning reviews and advising on tax-efficient strategies.
• Liaising with executors, beneficiaries, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth estate administration.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law to provide accurate and current legal advice.

ABOUT YOU:

• A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Private Client law.
• Strong experience in handling wills, probate, trusts and estate planning matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• A high degree of empathy, professionalism and discretion.
• STEP qualification is desirable but not essential.

BENEFITS:

£45,000 - £65,000 (Dependent on experience), your own office, Christmas & New Year off.
