You will handle a varied caseload while contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.Your work will include:Drafting Wills, including more complex matters involving trustsInheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planningPreparing and registering Powers of Attorney (LPAs and EPAs)Court of Protection mattersAdministration of taxable and non-taxable estatesIdentifying and advising on trust structures and administrationYou will also play a role in business development and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging your own caseload efficiently and independentlyProviding an ongoing, high-quality service to clientsSupporting Partners and colleagues with business development initiativesContributing to the growth and development of the departmentMeeting fee income targets and performance objectivesEnsuring compliance with regulatory and risk management proceduresMaintaining up-to-date legal knowledge and technical expertiseAbout YouEssentialQualified Solicitor or Legal ..... full job details .....
