You will handle a broad range of high-quality private client work while mentoring junior colleagues and shaping the team''s future direction.Your caseload will include:Probate and estate administrationInheritance tax and estate planningWills and Lasting Powers of AttorneyTrusts and Court of Protection mattersYou will work closely with a wide professional network, including accountants, financial advisers and other referrers, while delivering clear, commercially focused advice to clients.About YouQualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 10+ years'' private client experienceProven track record in business development and billingExperience or ambition to lead and develop a teamStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex matters efficientlyExcellent communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships, including with high-net-worth individualsCommercially minded with a proactive approachStrong IT skills (including Microsoft Office)Full driving licence and access to own transportSTEP qualification desirableWhat''s on OfferCompetitive ..... full job details .....
