The practice is known for handling high-quality work for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.RESPONSIBILITIES- Working on a broad range of private client matters including estate planning, trusts, and succession planning- Advising UK resident individuals and families on wealth structuring and inheritance planning- Assisting with the establishment and administration of trusts and other asset-holding structures- Drafting wills, trust documentation, powers of attorney, and related private client documents- Advising clients on personal tax, estate, and lifetime planning matters- Working closely with clients and professional advisers including accountants, trustees, and financial advisers- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the departmentABOUT YOU- Qualified Solicitor NQ - 3PQE within Private Client- Strong experience advising on a broad range of private client matters- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families- Solid technical knowledge of trusts, estate planning, succession, and personal tax matters- STEP qualification (or working towards) advantageousBENEFITS- Competitive salary with performance-related bonus- Comprehensive health plan- 25 days'' annual leave, increasing with length of service, plus the option to ..... full job details .....
