With a presence in the local community for 65 years, our client is known for delivering high-quality, personal legal services. They operate from a small, welcoming office with on-site parking and are now seeking a dedicated and experienced private client professional to step into the shoes of a long-standing team member. The Opportunity: This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit, supportive team in a firm where staff retention is incredibly high. The successful candidate will benefit from a well-planned handover, working alongside the outgoing fee earner to ensure a seamless transition. Key Responsibilities:Manage your own caseload independently, including Wills, LPAs, Probate, and estate administration.Provide tailored advice to a broad client base with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.Handle all aspects of transactions with a high level of autonomy and attention to detail.Keep up to date with relevant legislation and compliance standards.Support and mentor a junior solicitor within the team as needed.Represent the firm locally and build lasting client relationships.
