Private Client Solicitor Locations: Canterbury Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3+ Years PQE An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitors to join a growing and well-established legal practice. This role is perfect for solicitors looking to manage an existing caseload while contributing to the development of the team. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a varied Private Client caseload including: Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Trusts and trust administration Lasting Powers of Attorney Tax planning Court of Protection matters Related Private Client work Provide a high-quality and personal service to clients. Maintain autonomy over your caseload while working as part of a supportive team. Assist colleagues when required and contribute to the team''s development. Engage in business development activities, building strong relationships with existing clients and developing new professional and client contacts. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years'' PQE. Solid experience across a broad range of Private Client matters. Confidence in managing your own caseload independently. Strong client care and communication skills. Commercially minded with a comfortable approach to business development. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and professional contacts. Capable of working well both independently and as part of a wider team.
