Associate (5-7 PQE) - UK Private Client Annual Salary: Competitive Location: Cheltenham Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Associate with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our UK Private Client team based in Cheltenham. This role combines city-level work with the lifestyle benefits of the Cotswolds, in a nurturing and community-focused office environment. Day-to-day of the role: Provide practical and commercial legal advice to a diverse range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, investors, entrepreneurs, and trustees, both domestically and internationally. Manage a substantial and varied workload efficiently and cost-effectively, with appropriate levels of supervision. Draft complex legal documents with minimal instruction, using appropriate precedents. Apply a commercial approach to research, ensuring relevance and accuracy in the delivery of advice. Delegate, coordinate, and supervise the work of junior team members as appropriate. Actively participate in client marketing opportunities such as seminars, presentations, and pitches. Identify client opportunities and follow through appropriately. Contribute to the group''s knowledge and know-how initiatives. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations, including those set by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
