Private Client Solicitor Location: Sutton, Surrey Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid Working Available Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (Depending on Experience) Join a well-established, multi-office law firm known for delivering high-quality legal services and a supportive, collaborative culture. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a varied caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion. Draft Wills and advise on estate planning. Administer estates and handle probate matters. Advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. Provide inheritance tax and succession planning advice. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Support business development initiatives and networking activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Private Client law. Ability to manage a caseload independently. Strong client care and communication skills. STEP qualification is desirable but not essential. A proactive and commercial approach to client service.
