Private Client Solicitor Location: Gillingham, KentSalary: £45K - £60K FTE dependant on experienceContract: Full Time or Part Time, Permanent About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join my client - a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Kent. This role offers the chance to become an integral part of a successful and growing Private Client team, handling a broad range of quality work while building long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion. Drafting Wills, including tax planning and estate planning arrangements. Advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney. Handling probate and estate administration matters. Advising clients on trusts, trust administration and asset protection. Managing Court of Protection applications and deputyship matters. Providing advice on inheritance tax and succession planning. Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients with later-life planning.
