Primary Duties Provide Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning advice, including drafting Wills and Trusts. (Knowledge of Agricultural Property Relief and Business Property Relief is advantageous.) Draft Lifetime Trusts and support with trust administration procedures. Administer estates, including calculating inheritance tax and applying for relevant reliefs.
