Your work will include complex trusts, lifetime trust structures, deeds of variation, declarations of trust, professional trustee matters and the tax implications of estates, including inheritance tax and capital gains tax.Offering significant autonomy and client contact, you will become a trusted adviser on complex and sensitive matters while also contributing to the growth of this highly successful Private Client practice through relationship management, business development, and new client opportunities.
