The firm advises on the full spectrum of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, deputyship applications and contentious probate. You will benefit from close supervision, excellent mentoring and fully funded STEP and/or ACTAPS qualifications as you progress your career.The RoleYou will manage your own caseload of private client matters, including:Drafting wills, including those incorporating simple trustsPreparing and registering Lasting Powers of AttorneyDeputyship applications under the Mental Capacity ActProbate and estate administration from instruction through to completionEstate valuations and inheritance tax documentationProbate applications, asset collection and distributionPreparing estate accountsProviding exceptional client care to individuals and familiesSupporting business development and departmental initiativesThere is also the opportunity to gain exposure to contentious probate for candidates with an interest in developing within this ..... full job details .....
