Private Client Solicitor

An awardwinning, Legal 500 law firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing Slough office. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload and is looking to take a hands-on role in developing and growing a Private Client department. The role is highly client-focused, with regular client meetings both in the office and off site. You will also be expected to develop professional networks and help grow the Private Client team. This provides an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to take ownership and play a key role in building the department. Key Responsibilities You will manage your own caseload and advise individuals and families across a broad range of Private Client matters, including; • Wills and estate planning • Probate and estate administration • Trusts • Inheritance tax and estate planning • Lasting Powers of Attorney • Court of Protection matters Key Attributes • A fully qualified Solicitor with Private Client experience • Experienced in managing their own case files from start to finish • Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision • A strong communicator with excellent client-facing skills • Confident with networking • Hands-on, proactive and commercially minded • Keen to help develop and grow a team • A 2:1 degree and a STEP credential would be ideal alongside any other relevant formal qualifications Hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday (Office-based) ..... full job details .....
