A Private Client Solicitor - Locum is required for a full-time, six-month assignment in London, offering a rate of £40 to £55 per hour. This role involves managing a varied non-contentious caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Estate Planning. The successful candidate will work both independently and collaboratively with an established team to maintain high client service standards. Suitable for a solicitor with at least eight years’ PQE, the position offers one day of hybrid working per week. Strong technical expertise and a solid background across private client matters are essential for this locum opportunity.

•You will manage a varied caseload covering the full spectrum of non-contentious Private Client work, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Estate Planning.
• The appointed locum will work independently as well as, working closely with an experienced team to ensure the continued delivery of a high standard of client service.
• This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years' PQE and a strong background across all aspects of non-contentious Private Client law.
• Candidates should have excellent technical knowledge, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
• The role is primarily office based to support the wider team, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
• This assignment is expected to commence by the end of August and will run for around six months, offering an excellent opportunity to join a supportive environment.
