Our client a multi-office law firm are now recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding Private Team. Our client is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to bring a new edge to the firm.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will become a trusted adviser to a broad range of clients. You will manage your own varied caseload, providing tailored legal advice across a range of private client matters including Wills, Probate , Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyships and Advanced Directives. -

Responsibilities

• Manage your own varied Private Client Caseload from Instruction through to completion
• Advising on Wills, Probate and Estate Administration matters
• Preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Administration of Estates and Trusts
• Managing Court of Protection matters
• Tax and Trust Planning
• Deputyships and Advance Directive
• Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring client matters and information are kept confidential
• Willing to be involved in Business development for the Private Client Team

Skills & Requirements

• Ideally you will be a Minium of 2 yrs + PQE those that fall outside of this will also be considered
• Excellent client facing skills and the ability to nurture existing clients ,-as well as the ability to help develop new business and assist in networking events
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, -with a demonstrated ability of building effective and trusting relations with people internally and externally to the firm.
• A flexible, adaptable, and positive attitude to work.
