Our client''s ethos is centred on exceptional customer care; due to continued growth they are now recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding Private Client Team. Our clients Private Client Team has a wealth of experienced solicitors working with them; therefore, they are looking for a junior Private Client Solicitor to bring a new edge to the firm our client will consider candidates looking for part-time hours. Responsibilities To undertake fee earning work, working both independently with minimal supervision and as a member of the team To maintain existing relations with the firm''s clients and assist and help develop new relationships Managing private client matters, with a particular focus on: Preparation of Wills and trusts, advising clients regarding LPAs and Deputy Orders Administration of estates and trusts Tax and Trust Planning Some Residential Conveyancing work Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring client matters and information are kept confidential. Skills and Requirements Ideally you will be a Minium of 2 yrs + PQE those that fall outside of this will also be considered Excellent client facing skills and the ability to nurture existing clients and third-party relationships, as well as the ability to help develop new business and assist in ..... full job details .....
