We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2+ years PQE) to join their busy and supportive team based in Woolton. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied and rewarding caseload, working closely with high-net-worth clients and delivering exceptional service across all aspects of Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Planning. The Role You ll manage your own caseload of Private Client work, including: Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney Advising on Probate, Estate Administration, and Tax Planning Handling matters involving high-net-worth clients and complex estates Liaising with the Probate Registry, HMRC, and other professionals Producing blog content and supporting marketing activity with the wider team Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development About You We re looking for someone who is: A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2+ PQE) in Private Client law Experienced in Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Tax/Estate Planning Skilled in client care, organisation, and time management Confident in using Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and Excel A proactive team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail (Desirable) Experience in property-related private client work and ability to drive ..... full job details .....
