Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive - Friendly Regional Law Firm Newhaven A well-established and supportive regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its friendly and growing Private Client team in Newhaven. Experience working with elderly clients is desirable but not essential.The RoleYou will support a Partner and collaborate closely with a dedicated team of Private Client Solicitors and Practitioners.The workload will focus on services tailored to elderly and vulnerable clients, including:Preparation of WillsDrafting Lasting Powers of AttorneyProbate workOngoing management of elderly client affairs, including financial and healthcare mattersThis is a hands-on role where you will help deliver high-quality Private Client services and maintain strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage elements of fee-earning work independently or under supervision, including:File creationPreparing client care correspondenceCompleting client questionnairesDrafting legal documentationAttending client meetingsManaging elderly client affairsHandle routine client enquiries and communicationsMaintain accurate matter start/completion data and prepare claims for costsProgress client matters in line with ..... full job details .....
