Private Client Solicitor/Associate ManagerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a highly regarded Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked Private Client Advisory team based in Chichester, with hybrid working options available. This role offers the chance to work with a collaborative and high-performing team advising high-net-worth individuals and families.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate, you will provide expert guidance to clients on the following areas:Legal and tax aspects of estate and succession planningTrusts created during a lifetime or by willTax planning, estate administration, and post-death planningWhat We''re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should bring:A strong background in advising on and managing complex wills, probate, lifetime trusts, deeds of variation, powers of attorney and estate administrationExperience in lifetime inheritance tax (IHT) planning and the taxation and administration of trustsExceptional financial discipline and the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and external professionalsEmpathy and compassion to guide clients through personal and challenging circumstancesExperience in supervising and mentoring junior team membersA passion for business development and building client relationshipsFamiliarity with the private client markets in West Sussex or Hampshire (desirable, but not essential)This role is ideally suited to a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with over 4 years of ..... full job details .....
