Senior Private Client Solicitor - Warwick An established and well-regarded High Street law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding Wills and Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Lawyer who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a friendly, established team with a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal advice and client care. The Role The role will involve advising on a wide range of private client matters, including: Drafting Wills, including more complex and tax-planning Wills Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney Administration of estates, including complex and high-value estates Deeds of Variation and deeds of family arrangement Inheritance Tax and wider estate planning Advising clients on succession and asset protection Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team You will be 4 years+ PQE and will have strong technical knowledge across the private client field. Experience of dealing with a broad range of Wills, probate, trusts and estate planning matters is essential. You will also have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to provide a high level of client service.
