The department is looking to appoint a full-time fee earner to complement its existing part-time lawyers and play an important role in expanding and strengthening the firm''s Private Client offering. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously, values high-quality client relationships and is looking for a long-term role within a genuinely supportive and people-focused firm. Your Caseload:You will deal with a broad range of Private Client matters, including: • Wills, Trusts and Probate. • Establishment of Trusts, including Vulnerable Person Trusts. • Standard Estate Administration, together with some higher-value and high-net-worth estates. • Lasting Powers of Attorney. • Preparing and drafting Wills independently and confidently.
